Lori Berkman is a Professional Life Coach and owner of Legacy Life Coaching & Consulting in Scottsdale, AZ. She received her foundational training through the Institute of Life Coach Training, an accredited training program approved by the International Coaching Federation. She is a member of the Christian Coaches Network and holds to their code of conduct and core competencies as well as those of the International Coaching Federation. Lori is presently working on her Doctorate Degree in Professional Life Coaching and Human Development. Her passion remains..... Encouraging others to create an Extraordinary Life they Love!!!

Lori was born and raised in Orange County, California. She attended Biola College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Biblical Studies and English. Post-college she began her career in the Hotel and Airline industry in sales and marketing management. Her career took her all over the world increasing her love for discovery, adventure and lifelong learning.

She has been married for 22 years and has been blessed with 3 beautiful children. Her 2 daughters and son are truly her Magnum Opus! She considers being a wife and mother her most cherished and sacred role. An advocate of volunteerism she has made a career of volunteering while raising her 3 kids. She has served with Make-a-Wish Foundation as a wish granter, Crisis Pregnancy Centers as a counselor, lobbied on Capitol Hill with Concerned Women of America, and is presently an Advocate with Mending the Soul and Food for the Hungry. She has also served on Parent/Teacher School Boards, Childhelp USA, and various ministries in her church. International and local mission trips feed her soul.

Lori believes all her life experiences to date have led her to Life Coaching. She has enjoyed living in Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Chicago and Washington DC. Lori now lives her dream residing in a cozy Santa Fe Adobe in the gorgeous Sonoran Desert. It's where the coyotes howl, animals run wild and the sunsets are unmatched! Joining Lori and her family is their Australian Shepherd, Jacoby and 4 desert tortoises, Survivor, Sedona, Speedy, and Sugar. Her hobbies include the great outdoors, hiking, skiing, music, reading, traveling, herb gardening, creating stationery, making shell, stone, and vintage jeweled crosses. She loves collecting angels, crowns, and anything of antiquity! To recharge her spirit she enjoys an occasional glorious day at one of the many beautiful Arizona spas.

Lori believes we can all live the dream that God has written on our hearts She is experiencing this in Act 2 of her life, a "Mid-Life Rennaissance" of sorts, and yes it's much better than a "Mid-Life Crisis!!!"
