What is Life Coaching?

The Life Coaching movement is an exciting "Millenial Phenomenon" for all Seasons of Life. It began in the early 1990's and is rooted in early psychology with forward thinking solution focused work. The Life Coach encourages you to train and run in the Great Race of Life! The Coach is there to uplift you in your successes and failures for he/she is on the same journey to fulfillment.

Discovery, Design, and Legacy

Life Coaching is about discovery, design, and living your legacy. When we live in our God-given design (vision, purpose, mission, and core values) we will live the abundant life and living the abundant life leads to our "Legacy." When we are not living in our design we are unbalanced and out of "alignment." We are driven by circumstances and not our "purpose." We then become discouraged, de-energized, and experience "burn-out." Our goal in coaching is to make sure you are living in design, purpose and alignment making your Greatest contribution and experiencing your Greatest fulfilment!

Coaching is client-driven and we will focus on where you are and where you want to be. We call it "Coaching in the Gap." We will create a plan to discover, design and live your legacy. How do I know it works? It's worked for me and thousands of others. It's in corporate America, small business, Hollywood, churches, non-profits, and in suburbia with "stay at home moms!" My Life Coach challenged me in navigating the "Midlife" transition from stay at home mom with 3 kids, to school to new business. Was I living "true" to my vision and values? Did my calendar reflect those vision and values daily? It was the best investment before I launched this business realizing I needed to do some re-adjusting.
